This is a top 40 survey playlist from Kansas City radio station WHB for the week of April 16 1965. It has been signed by a number of artists who are featured on the list, including (from the top down) Gene Pitney, Tom Jones, Gary Lewis, Bob Dylan, Roger Miller, Bobby Vinton, Del Shannon and Bobby Darin. There is some creasing, as the surveys had been folded and stored together for decades, otherwise in good shape. This is from the estate of Dan (Oberholtz) Diamond, a prominent Kansas City area DJ for decades. Besides his many years as a DJ and interviewing most of the top musical acts of his time, Dan was also known for his vast personal record collection. I have 16 such playlists, featuring ther signatures of some of the top musical acts of the sixties. I will be gradually offering them here.
