This 3x5 lined blue file card has been signed by Bob Marley in blue ballpoint or biro pen. Bob added the inscription "Rasta Time". The signature was obtained by Stanley Kolowski at the Park Lane Hotel in New York. Stanley and his wife Stephanie started collecting in-person autographs in the 1950's. The card is in excellent shape.
