Lined 3" x 5" file card signed by Jimi Hendrix in blue ballpoint or biro pen on the lined side. Also signed by Mitch Mitchell (signing "Mitch") on the reverse side. The signatures were obtained by collector Stanley Kolowski. Hendrix was acquired at the Wellington Hotel. The card had been glued into the recipient's scrapbook for many years. It had later been removed, and the signature of Mitch Mitchell was obtained at a concert in New York. The card is in overall very good shape, a partial crease on the right side. An excellent example of Jimi's signature.
