This 3x5 file card has been signed on the lined side by John Coltrane in blue ballpoint or biro pen. The signature was obtained by veteran collector Stanley Kolowski at the Cellar Cafe in New York in October 1964. There is adhesive residue on the reverse (see inset photo), as the card been been fastened in the recipient's scrapbook for decades. The card is in otherwise excellent shape.
