This unlined 3x5 card has been signed and inscribed "Best Wishes" by Martin Luther King Jr in black ballpoint or biro pen. The signature was obtained by Stephanie Kolowski, who started collecting in-person autographs with her husband Stanley in the 1950's. There is adhesive residue on the back of the card, as it had been fastened in Stanley and Stephanie's scrapbook for almost forty years. The adhesive is now partially visible from the front of the card. It is otherwise in excellent shape.
