The album "Physical" signed on the front cover by Olivia Newton-John in blue Sharpie pen. The signature was obtained by veteran collector John Morgan at the Plaza Athena Hotel in New York. The cover shows some signs of wear, but is in overall very good shape. The vinyl record shows very minor scratching.
