The album "Flowers In The Dirt" signed on the front cover by Paul McCartney in black Sharpie pen. The signature was obtained in July 2009 at the Essex House Hotel in New York. The album cover, inner sleeve, lyric booklet and vinyl record are all in excellent condition.
