This 7" x 10" card was issued by the Sports Exchange. I obtained the signature in 1995 in Morris Plains, NJ when Phil was making a charity appearance. Phil signed it in blue Sharpie and inscribed it "HOF 94". The card is in excellent shape, some bent corners.
