This 3' x 5" file card has been signed on the unlined side by Roy Campanella in pencil. The signature was obtained by lifelong collector Stanley Kolowski. Other than some paper paste residue on reverse (see inset photo), which was used to fasten the card in the recipient's scrapbook, the card is in excellent shape. Very rare signature.
